We source high-quality, ethically-minded green coffee beans from around the world (primarily organic, Fair Trade, single origins), which we roast several times a week in our 12-kilo, small-batch Diedrich R12 roaster. We believe this ensures that each bean's maximum flavor and aroma always reaches your cup at peak freshness.

Guatemalan Huehuetenango Fair Trade Organic
This coffee comes from the COOP Apicus, which is in northern Huehuetenango near the Mexican border. Apicus has 200 farmer members after 10 years in business producing organic coffee, 70% fully certified, with a focus on higher altitudes. The wet milling is accomplished in basic concrete fermentation tanks and concrete dying patios. The dry parchment is packed and transported to Bicafe.
Cupping Notes: Chocolate, brown sugar, almond, caramel and orange blossom, with a mellow acidity and a smooth body.
