From the heart of the prime coffee-growing region of Ethiopia, Sidamo, this coffee remains one of our favorites for it's elegant balance of complex floral and rich nutty notes. Its high elevation production qualifies it as Strictly High Grown (SHG) / Strictly Hard Bean (SHB) coffees. This means the coffee grows slowly due to the altitude, so the tree has time to deliver nutrients to the coffee, resulting in well-developed flavors. One 16-ounce bag.
Cupping Notes: Notes of lemon and vanilla. Very silky and refined mouthfeel. Lavender, citrus, black tea, lively acidity and creamy body. Extremely clean finish.
